St. Louis Park Rambler
A thorough updating of a classic St. Louis Park ranch-style home to suit new owners. Existing spaces and openings were carefully reconsidered to transform dark, separated spaces into a gracefully conjoined, light-filled home. An existing 4-season porch was opened to the kitchen and entry, providing strong visual connections to the back yard and a seamless extension of the kitchen. New interconnected kitchen and dining spaces were arranged within the existing shell. Other highlights of this whole-house remodel include a new owner’s bath, owner’s closet with laundry, new powder bath, and new fireplace insert & surround.
