Mac-Groveland Summer Retreat
A dark, awkward rear entry was transformed into a welcoming, connecting element in this seamless addition and remodel. A new screened porch, half bath, mudroom, and open porch are arranged to provide strong visual connection between the kitchen and the back yard, which was redesigned and landscaped to provide visual interest and privacy. Two solar tubes provide additional indirect daylight to the kitchen and screened porch.
