Bryn Mawr Craftsman

Located in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood just west of downtown Minneapolis, MN, this design builds on the small and quirky cottage style of the house and neighborhood while providing some truly generous spaces for living.

The front of the house received a face lift, including a more welcoming porch entry. The second floor, originally two bedrooms and a half-bath, was remodeled into an open-space master suite with full bath, sitting areas, and walk-in closet. An addition over the garage in the back of the house finished off the project with an open-plan kitchen, family room and breakfast area.
