Nokomis Owner’s Suite
An attic-to-owner’s-suite conversion near Lake Nokomis, accomplished with sensitivity to the existing home, careful attention to structural detail, and imaginative use of space. The collaborative project team included interior designer Lisa Albers of Albers Design, owner Leah Drury of Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty, and builder Robert Farrell of Farrell & Sons.
